Categories of Collected Data
The categories of Personal Data collected by the propolis Application (either independently or through third parties) include: geographical coordinates, access to selected files, photos, videos, audios, access to camera and microphone.
Complete details about each category of collected Personal Data are provided in the relevant sections of this privacy policy or in special explanatory texts displayed on the screen before the Data is collected.
Personal data may be provided by the User themselves, or in the case of usage data, it may be automatically collected by the propolis Application when used.
Unless stated otherwise, all Data requested by the propolis Application is mandatory. If such Data is not provided, the propolis Application may be unable to provide its services. In cases where the propolis Application explicitly states that certain Data is not mandatory, Users have the right not to provide such Data without any consequences related to the availability or functionality of the Service.
Users who are uncertain about which Personal Data is mandatory are advised to contact the Owner.
The propolis Application or the owners of third-party services used by the propolis Application use 'Cookies' (or other tracking tools) solely for the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, as well as for any other purposes indicated in this document and in the Cookie Policy (if any).
Users are responsible for any Personal Data of third parties that they obtain, publish, or provide to others, obtained, published, or transmitted through the propolis Application, and confirm that they have obtained the consent of the relevant third party for providing the Data to the Owner.

The Owner takes adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to Data, disclosure, alteration, or unauthorized destruction. Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-supported means in accordance with organizational procedures and methods strictly related to the specified purposes.
In some cases, Data may be accessible to certain categories of responsible persons, in addition to the Owner, who are involved in the operation of this Application (administration, sales department, marketing department, legal department, system administrators), or to third-party organizations (such as third-party technical service providers, postal organizations, hosting service providers, IT service providers, communication services), to whom the Owner may entrust, as necessary, the function of Data Processor. An updated list of these persons and third parties can be requested from the Owner at any time.
Legal Basis for Processing
The Owner may process Personal Data related to Users if one of the following criteria is applicable:
- The Users have given their consent to the use of Data for one or more specific purposes. Note: According to the legislation of certain jurisdictions, the Owner may be allowed to process Personal Data until the User objects to it ('opt-out'), without needing to rely on consent or other legal grounds from the list below. Retention Period
Personal Data should be processed and stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Geolocation (App)
The Application may collect, use, and share with other parties User's location Data in order to provide services based on the determination of their location. Most web browsers and devices have tools to disable this feature by default. If explicit permission is granted, the Application may record the User's location data.

Non-continuous Geolocation (Application)
The Application may collect, use, and transmit the User's Location Data to third parties for the purpose of providing location-based services. Most web browsers and devices offer options to disable this feature by default. If explicit permission is granted, the Application may track the User's location data.
Access to Camera and Microphone
The Propolis Application may request access to the User's device camera and microphone to enable functionality related to creating, transmitting, and processing photos, videos, audios, and files. Such access is granted solely based on the User's prior consent.
If the User denies access to the camera or microphone, certain features of the Application may become unavailable.

Storage and Processing of Photos, Videos, Audios and Files
The Propolis Application processes and stores photos, videos, audios and files provided by Users exclusively to ensure the declared functionality of the Application.
The data processing procedure includes:
- Long-term storage of data on the Application's servers.
- Ensuring the transfer of data to other Users as part of the Application's designated functions.
- Storing files to provide future access to them, for example, through the history of sent data.
User Responsibility: The User bears full responsibility for ensuring that the provided materials comply with applicable laws.
Sending and Storing Messages in Chat
The Propolis Application enables the exchange of text messages, photos, videos, audios and files through an integrated chat feature.
The data is processed as follows:
- Messages and any attached media files are temporarily stored on the Application's servers to ensure delivery to other Users.
- Data is stored in accordance with the retention periods specified in this Privacy Policy.

Data Processing Conditions
All data related to access to the camera, microphone, photos, videos, audios, files, and chat messages:
- Is collected, stored, and processed exclusively with the User's prior consent.
- Is used solely for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, such as providing the User access to the chat to view all sent and received messages (photos, videos, audios, files), providing the User access to see, send, create tasks and reports with photos, videos, audios, files.
- Is not shared with third parties without prior notification to the User or obtaining the appropriate permission, except as required by law.
Rights of Users
Users can exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner.
- Withdraw consent at any time. Users have the right to withdraw their consent if they previously gave consent for the processing of their Personal Data.
- Object to the processing of their Data. Users have the right to object to the processing of their Data if the processing is based on any legal grounds other than their consent.
- Access their Data. Users have the right to know whether their Data is being processed by the Owner, to obtain information about specific aspects of the processing, and to receive a copy of the processed Data.

The propolis Application does not support 'Do Not Track' requests.

The Owner reserves the right to make changes to these privacy policies at any time by notifying Users on this page and, possibly, within the propolis Application and/or — as far as technically and legally feasible — by sending a notification to Users using any contact information available to the Owner. It is strongly recommended that Users check this page frequently and refer to the date of the last change indicated at the bottom.
If the changes affect processing based on the User's consent, the Owner must obtain the User's consent again if necessary.
